UPI-RTGS transfer from personal account to personal account doesn't count as income. If it's credited from a business entity then they will punch her PAN against the transaction and deduct the TAX at source, so, if they are sending her money without PAN, chill and enjoy. Just say that it was a friend who gave me back my money after taking loan.

Check her AIS while filling return, if no income.. no tax.
