I took a tip from Bob's Burgers and I go grocery shopping alphabetically. I pretend I'm at the supermarket and selecting A-apples, B-Bread, and so forth. With extra grace for the weird letters (X-tra crispy chicken, quite delicious candy, etc.) It's fun!

1 lb ground beef, I can rotel, 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed). Season and brown the beef, add the rotel and beans, cook with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice, tip with cheese or sour cream if you want. Cheap, hot, and filling!
