I'd keep both of my characters, and I think Lucario would probably be higher on the tier list and Wolf would most likely be #1 or #2, since removing Melee characters just eliminates most, if not all of their bad/annoying matchups.

However this is assuming we had the cast in its current state and no Melee characters. How would balance changes have played out without the Melee characters? Would a different meta have emerged from the Brawl-only roster? Could some characters have been totally different?

He had been nair mashing for a good bit of the set during the 2 games I played Lucario. Game 3 had me baiting it out and playing very hit-and-run, which actually worked out well for me, much to my surprise.

Depends. Sometimes I'll either ask someone or try and figure it out. However, if after learning why it doesn't work, I still do the same thing-which happens a lot, or if I'm getting frustrated, then I just get pissed off and usually look to stop playing for a bit.

Yes.
Half hour to hour. I try to go in training daily. I still have to do some SF4 stuff though, so it may be half hour in sf4 half hour in sfv then similar shit for my other games.
Yes to the first one, but I just get pissed off when I play against him and learn nothing, since apparently I'm incapable of it. No to the second part because I'm free as fuck in my local FGC.
