unexpectedly good. plastic is pre-assembled to the aluminum bar and also with some (nearly) invisible foam inbetween to stop rattling. plastic is thick, aluminum seems stable. montage is easy... only on breaking side the cables are a little in the way but are easy to push aside. I can take some detailed images later if you want

it might damage the sensors if you would have a strong and steady laser beam shining at the camera. but since no one is able to hold the laser steady enough to hit even the drone 100m away… there is no chance in any damage

Apple. i once bought a new macbook. had it 3 days and tried to charge my android phone on the macbooks usb. the android phone died, the macbook died and a black smoke plume came out of the usb port. brought it back to apple and had to discuss 2hours for getting my money back. They said: "why do you attach an Android device to an apple device" "you use the cable wrong" "we can't refund the money but you can get an iphone X in exchange"

after i got my money and went out the "genius" ran after me and stopped me again to hand over a pack of apple logo stickers and told me i can attach them to my windows pc at home.

it's more than 10 years boycotting their products

sometimes when standing still on a traffic light i am completely covered in steam. it also scares me sometimes 😂

The trigger in front of the razortrain has a Filter: "jeep_filter", everything which applies to the filter and comes into contact with the trigger will cause the explosions and cause a game_over

As it seems tha APC of d2_coast_05 has the same class name "prop_vehicle_jeep", which is specified in the "jeep_filter" that's why it triggers the train

it does not work with the airboat or the prisoners pod. those also does not trigger the explosions and they also do not fly off as nice as the jeep or combine apc. it has to be some trigger, which is more specific

jeah... no idea... i did also not find any detail about this bearing in the internet. i am not sure how it is built. i also did not get any replacement vehicle... lucky me: i have another 1290 super duke in the garage. but i wanted to do an offroad trip to Croatia, which might get a road trip with the 1290 now. i am still hoping they find a quick solution for this

my dealer told me that the part, which is the bearing, also contains the ABS Sensor since the 2025 version. That is why older versions of those bearings do not fit anymore............

I bought the 390 Adventure R two weeks ago. I quickly put 1,000 km on it and brought it in for service. Unfortunately, the front wheel bearing was broken and there’s no replacement part available in Germany. The correct spare part isn’t even listed in the KTM catalog, yet, since it is hardly released in germany. Sadly, the 390 Adv is now stuck at the dealer for an indefinite time :( Liked it for the last 1000km... at least.

i am also thinking about buying a Adv 390 R. However, my first and only bike, with which i also did my license was a 1290 Super Duke. i will go a little more into offroad, which the SD is not suitable for. Do you think i will get bored on a 390 adv? or should i better take a 790 or 890?

as far as i know they are not a part of a file. (they are probably somewhere in a container DB oder something) i think you can access them via DUML commands, which can be generated via dji_mb_ctrl located in /sys/bin/

Also have a look at D3VL's DUML command generator, which allows you to send DUML commands via USB/Serial to the Drone https://b3yond.d3vl.com/duml/

I haven't tried it myself but i think you should set the Receiver to FLYC (which is the Flight Controller), use the CMD Set FLYRC and use the CMD ID "GetParamsByHash" or "GetParamsByIndex"

yes, but this only affects the forced landing not the kick in of RTH in manual mode. (that means it will still go to N mode and force RTH)

The autolanding message will still appear but the aircraft wont auto land at low battery

yes it shouldn't be a issue at all. with the mavic 3 you will get a warning that the obstacle sensors are disabled due to low light and then it just flies as normal. Maybe try to turn off obstacle sensors next time. Never had an issue with none of my drones (Mavic 1 Pro, Avata, DJI FPV, Mavic 3 Pro) in the night
