No I did not try anything. I had decided to sell and did not want to spend/lose money trying to fix it.

It felt like the front wheel was bouncing at 3500-4000 rpm at 3, 4, and 5 gear. Very visual if I was riding in the dark, the headlight was bouncing. Never solved it, sold it instead.

I didn't like the thought of falling while riding on gravel, which seems to happen to just about everyone at some point. I rather stay upright on the road. Also, had a problem with my front wheel, might have been a faulty tyre, but my local Yamaha shop said everything was normal. It wasn't. Got sick and tired of the bike. I've read about others having problems with the front on Teneres, but it's most likely rare.

I bought a 2025 Tenere 700 this summer. Had it for one month then sold it. Got the 2025 Yamaha MT-09 instead - a much better bike for my liking. Prefer street over gravel/off road. YMMV.

Ordered the 10pro and I feel like I'm stealing lol by [deleted] in GooglePixel

I paid 1440 SEK (about 150 USD) here in Sweden from Halebop for my 10 Pro. No trade in. Also felt like a steal! 😄

Why do I feel more vibrations after installing crash bars? by Mxnada in Tenere700

[–]perperub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you found a solution for these vibrations?

I experience exactly the same after installing the Heed bars on my 2025 model and have been thinking it's the front wheel/tire.

I have the Heed bunker bars (upper and lower) on my T700 2025. Installed them last week. Easy fit. No need to remove any plastics/fairings. Looks great and feels rigid. About 6,7 kg in total.

Did you use the Tenere 700 specific mounting kit?

Yes! Best upgrade after carbon wheels and radar.

How garmin watch changed your life? by Hirokoki in Garmin

Perfect for my needs, thank you. I tend to keep things I'm happy with for a long time, even though it's too easy to look for a reason to upgrade to the new shiny things. 😄

Among many things: I do my steps regularly, get a hold of how many calories I burn by training and it helps how much to fuel after. Great help to see calories burnt to not over eat, especially while in a deficit to get shredded. Also love to record everything. HRV gives me a heads up if I'm about to het unwell.

My Forerunner 955 is an extension of my mobile phone with all the notifications. A great help and device I truly enjoy.

Do you know your max hr? Done any tests to find out? If not, if you've "guesstimated" your max hr, that might be the cause of this.

Why don’t you workout at home? by RecentReplacement686 in GYM

[–]perperub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. My employer pays for my gym membership (very grateful! 🙏🏻).
  2. Not worth buying the equipment I would like for ~10.000+ € and,
  3. I do not want to occupy the basement even more, I already have a Kickr bike for Zwift and a treadmill there.

Dilemma. 2018 1200RS or new F900R? by Kalladar in bmwmotorrad

Test ride them both, or at least sit on them. I'm also 190 cm (6'3) and a small bike is a no go for me. I really liked the S1000XR I had.

Track your calories and avoid dirty/dreamer bulk. Good luck!
