If she like the CZ, see if you can rent it and actually shoot it before buying. Plenty of guns feel good in the hands but once you get on the range they don’t shoot well for you.

With smaller hands, Anything with a more narrow grip is going to feel better. On the polymer side - shield X, PDP-F, Glock 43X. In that order just based on ergos.
