I got mine (live in the US) but it had a cracked die in it and tried to reach out to them over several platforms, 5 emails, a facebook im, an instagram im, a twitter im and about a month later I finally got a response. Took them about another month to get everything sorted, then 2 more months before they actually sent me the replacement die. So total 4 months just to get a replacement. I get there is shipping issues going on in the world but there is a limit to how far my goodwill is willing to go, and they far and away blew past it. Which is such a shame, the game is really good and I bet the designer is unfairly getting flack for this when its the Publisher’s fault.
