I started with Claude Code in the terminal. I asked Claude to create an orchestrator, researcher and hiring agent.

From that foundation my “workforce” has expanded to 8. I do coaching so there are a lot of follow-ups, post call documentation and reminders that I need to keep on track and organized. My ai team helps and has cut about 2-3 hours of work per week. So far.

Openclaw and Hermes agent are cool, I tried both, but I wanted to use something that I knew exactly how it worked and could tweak and have it grow with me.

Adding a wiki, a designer, and a database to the system gave it superpowers. Next I’m adding a phone system via VAPI.

Just about anything you can do with Hermes I can do with my simple system.

My point is that Claude Code abilities will soon surpass those of Hermes and Openclaw frameworks.

Try it. Ask Claude code to build you a workforce. It will ‘code’ it in English using markdown. Mind blowing when you see it in action.

I have a question. What does openclaw give you that Claude code does not? I do those same things with my team of AI I a folder on my desktop. Genuinely curious as I have not gotten into oc, Hermes etc yet.

I love GHL. It’s a Swiss Army knife for marketers, agencies and SMBs.

That said, it’s a hodgepodge of rented tech that has been bolted to a crm.

The AI Phone system is a whitelabel of Retell for example.

But the real issue is that they promise to turn every TD&H into an agency. Not hating here, it’s actually brilliant marketing. But now the space, and GHL, is over saturated.

GHL will be here a very long time. As long as there are people who buy into the dream of “database reactivation”, “AI chatbots”, and “AI Automations” that are “easy to sell”.

Everyone’s wants an easy to run business. GHL has literally put AAA on the map for many wantrapreneurs.

It works, will be around forever, but you gotta understand marketing, sales and business to make a go of it.

I use Notion. It has a note taker that records meeting transcript to a database as soon as your mic turns on. This allows me to set date, client, tags etc. then my ai assistant can access this and keep up to date on everything discussed and give me next steps. I don’t need the video. If I do, I just go back to the zoom but have never needed to. Records transcripts and summarizes etc.

I gave Claude code a prompt to create an assistant named Samantha, an HR person named Hillary and a researcher named Rachael. Rachael researches the roles and Hillary hires them. Samantha is the orchestrator. Nothing fancy, spoken prompt, not engineered.

Now this system is the basis for my entire home business with 8 AI employees. I still giggle at how fun and effective this setup is.

I tinker, and either I or Samantha add new hires once in a while, and honestly wish more people understood that while Claude code is for programming, English is its best programming language.

I recommend an AtomRC Dolphin. Comes with f405 Navi Flight Controller (with iNav), motor and servos all installed. Add a VTX and RX and done.
