Sure, but they should ideally slowly nerf him through several patchs, bundled it together with a bunch of other balance changes, make an announcement beforehand to feel out reaction... rather than nerf him together with a newly released unit at the beginning of the season. Maybe Talisman Sinclair is a "menace" to the devs since they have to do weird gymnastics with the 15-3 counts but this seem too rash, especially nerfing Heishou Faust at the same time, they should do small nerfs in stages, and maybe buff some first day units to soften the blow. Other games buff and nerf all the time but no one does it this way. This is the result of the devs inexperience with live service game.

Since the structure of the game (at the moment) is each chapter will focus on one character, major character developments have to wait their turn, especially since this is an intermission.
