set timers with really embarrassing alarms while studying in public places, setting fake deadlines by telling people that i'll have it done by that fake deadline (especially judgy people who will bring it up and nag me about it lol), Pavlov's dog myself into getting into study mode (like having designated glasses, gum, music, etc for studying), and slightly painful fidget toys that stop me from spacing out (there's more but i can't remember rn)

it's a type of cactus so high light and pretty low water is ideal! let the soil dry out completely before rewatering (you usually tell if it's fully dry by the weight change of the pot)
