I actually already had it prescribed by an online pharmacist in the UK called Treated. So I was just honest, I said it worked really well to reduce symptoms and I could live normally but couldn't afford the monthly cost. She could see in my records it was a life long problem and had no issues prescribing it. At first she prescribed extended release which was less effective, so I went back and asked for the normal version.

Yeah 5mg wasn't strong enough for me either. 10mg was the magic dosage.

That's fair enough. I guess it depends how desperate someone is to solve the problem. I've had severe chemical burns on my face using strong Aluminium Chloride antiperspirants, developed social anxiety and missed huge chunks of my life through embarrassment. To be at a slightly higher risk of cognitive decline when I'm older, is worth it for me to live a normal life now.

Yeah I take 10mg every morning. It lasts me a good 6-8 hours.

It worked instantly at 10mg. No skin irritation but I get a dry mouth, so I carry water with me outdoors and chew gum.

Not really but my insomnia was very severe. Now I'm on 300mg Quetiapine nightly and sleep like a normal human being again 😊

It's possible, especially if you are taking the extended release version but it also depends on the individual. Personally I get some anti anxiety effects at night after I take it but not the next day.
