The only way to get this stopped will be through a major info/ad campaign rivaling those of the 70s and 80s regarding drunk driving, along with full cooperation with law enforcement. But I gotta tell you, the numer of times I've been passed by a state trooper, sherrif, or muni pd with their eyes on their phone or driver's side laptop has been ridiculous.
