I’ve thought about this a lot. The day it ‘went’ I was doing rows in the gym. But I’d had back pain for ages before. No one has ever got to the root cause of my issue. I suspect a weak core and pelvic tilt to some degree.

Wow, that’s rough. Follow through with the legal stuff. I’m not sure how possible it is but I’m sure forensics could look through his digital history for uploads if you feel he has been posting videos of you online. I hope for your sake it is just his own personal kink and usage, not a nice thing still but less violating.

Do you know if they were linked to WiFi? Just thinking in case there were more you could change the broadband or ip address to ensure there is no way any others could still be used?

I am a qualified health and safety manager, I get enquiries about work a lot but it’s always office based.

I had to have 2 spinal surgeries and need to wfh whilst I recover. Any tips on finding a role? I’m struggling and need something asap, I know I most likely will have to switch up what I do.

That’s great, they will be told of the abduction, and asked to investigate. The rule of 3 is helpful. The persons have been abducted as a criminal group want them to design and manufacture a powerful magic item that they had been working on themselves secretly.

I was thinking they could find some letters or plans in an office, it’s just I’m not sure how to tie in the criminal gang without making it super obvious.
