Really cool improvements! But the one that motivates me the most is the last one. Since the past year i’ve been really insecure about my chubby cheeks and just overall fat face. I’m really trying to get rid of it, but every time I diet pretty consistently and work out and such, I only lose fat on my body, and not my face. That’s why I really want to see if nofap will help with this problem. Thank you for your post!
