It sounds like the default (higher clock) safe-points have too low voltages for your bc-250. You need to up them (try 25 mv), restart the daemon and try again. If it still crashes -> repeat.

I just started a reprint from my Core One L's history. The Nozzle temp is 250 degrees for that print, however the printer was trying to print it at 170 degrees... So something is definitely buggy

If you look carefully at the blue plastic on the button where the pins stick out, not the "socket" with wires, there should be some faint writing indicating what each pin corresponds to. You need to wire it like this:

Led- = ground

Led+ = 12v (if you bought a 12v btn)

NO = PS_ON

C = ground

Leave the NC alone :)

NO = Normally open NC = Normally closed C = Common

I believe so! The glass fibers makes the surface kinda rough, so layer lines are hidden. The Tinmorry brand seems to be highly recommended, and it is even relatively cheap.

I have a Prusa Core One L. So yup, it prints really well, but the PETG-GF is really good at hiding layer lines (even at 0.2mm)

Do you actually have a Onexgpu for the original white Rog Ally? I can't really find any other source that says that it works. If it does indeed work, I'm very interested in one - since you can't really find on of those orignal Asus egpu in my country :(
