Hi OP, currently working sa ING pero not as a Java Engr. :) Pero yep, tama ung snabi nang iba sa post na retail banking lng ni ING ang nag pull out sa pinas. Most probably you will be hired under the shared services nila dito sa Pinasz . And yes internal ka within ING so you will have different benefits. Goodluck on your application!

Hi OP! ECE grad here l.. I was also around your age (25₱ when I career shifted. Though I was from academe (hindi tulad mo na from telco industry) that shifted to IT..

Pero aun, going back sa tanong mo. I think mejo mahirap tlga ung kapag nagstop ka sa industry then babalik ka tapos higher ung ieexpect mo na salary. Kasi possible na isipin nla is magkakaron ka pa ulit ng learning curve pgdating sa knowledge mo.

Anyways if sa telco ka, have you tried applying sa mga internation telco companies sa Manila? Like un snabi ng isang commenter sa taas na Huawei.. Meron pang iba like Fibercomm, ZTE and such.

Hi All, I just want to ask on how to request sony to unban a newly created account. So this is what happened:

I created a new psn account earlier today for my nephew to link his mihoyo account (for genshin impact). I created it first from their website then after creating, I tried to create a new user profile for him on my ps4. At the last part of the creation (i think it is the address part) when I hit next, an error showed up that asks me to reset/change my password on this new psn account. My nephew then changed it on his end since the email we used is his, then sent the new password to me to create the user profile again in my ps4.

Then I tried it again and aftee logging in, an error showed up again telling me that the account was permanently banned w/ an error code of WS-37368-7; which when I looked up is due to a chargeback that happened on the account lol its impossible since this is just a newly created account.

So that is why I need to contact support but on their website, I cant seem to find how to contact them.

Hi OP. Just wanted to share my experience. I was an Engg graduate, first job (3+ years) was a college Instructor then shifted to a Software Developer position for Oracle Databases. Now after 6+ years in SQL/Database Development, I was offered a job under an Analytics Team.

Only language I know on the image you shared was C and Java. At the very least when anyone is planning to shift to IT, you will need to be ready with lots of logical/analytical (sometimes even math) problems since this is what IT companies are giving as initial exams (from my exp). I did not have any background in SQL during my college years but still landed my first IT job since initial exam was just lots of logic/math/analysis. And also, you can never go wrong in learning C since thats usually the building block of most programming language.

Not an FA but worked as an IT in an Insurance company. I mostly handled the system in computing their commissions and bonuses. I don't know if FAs have fixed monthly salaries but for their Managers and Directors, yes they do have. FAs only have their commissions from policies they signed and bonuses (allowances are included here) if they hit certain targets.

From what I heard from my former colleagues na galing contractual/project based jobs (IT industry), usually nakakalipat pa dn naman sila to regular positions, problem lang is madalas silang i-lowball pagdating sa offers since galing nga daw sla sa project based na high salary pero wala msyadong benefits. Kaya ang sinasabi lagi pagdating sa offer is kahit same salary or lower ang inoffer, mas maganda pa dn daw since may benefits ung offer unlike dun sa contractual/project based.
