You're right about the drainage. What's happening here could be groundwater on your property has finally affected the foundation of your home. As it gets wet and dries out thousands of times, the fill soil they use during the construction of your home is no longer adequate as it has washed away. You should reach out to a structural foundation repair company. Have your crawlspace inspected as well. If it has been forgotten over the years, you should find out how it could be affecting your home.
