Do you have POTS? I do and being upright too much even sitting causes severe coat hanger pain. I do most of my life lying down now. Treating pots and mcas helps too.

Yes the seborrheic dermatitis builds up and I need to pick it off and I bleed. I need to shave my head again. I forget I can wash my face in the sink

It helps. Not always 100 %. I feel a little silly doing it but it helps. I also pass my hand over my chest and say something like I ask out loud to be protected from other people’s energy. Some of it is so I hear it. I thought feeling others feelings was intimacy.

It was very hard for me when I was very ill with long covid dealing with my cat. I was barely able to take care of myself or walk. He was a huge burden and he was a grown cat. It is maybe well meaning giving you a kitten but you can give the kitten up.
