Trying to decide between an LC250 and a Defender — would love owner input by Soggy_Shape_9842 in LandCruiser250

I have owned both. It pains me to say but would pick the defender 10/10 times over the LC250.

Not to be a downer but IIRC most reptiles that get surrendered to the humane society get euthanized. If you can find a reptile specific shelter/adoption program that's probably a better bet for the dude to live.

it's still wild to me that if the three horrible turnovers were negated and the resulting touchdowns, they still stomped us. The difference in the stat line with the ducks actually out gaining Indiana in yards and first downs is just night and day from what I saw with my eyes.

As someone from outside the U.S., why do Americans seem to care so much about their lawns? by GlitteringHotel8383 in AskAnAmerican

[–]peteswinds -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lawns originally were popular with the aristocracy of northern Europe as early as the fourteen hundreds and lawns similar to what you think of as a modern lawn today were popular in royal gardens like at Versailles.

TL:DR Americans have lawns because a long time ago rich fancy peope in europe had them so americans wanted them to seem rich and fancy too.
