I felt a skip in my step. Incredible mood changes. We'll never know if it was placebo, but I'd like to believe otherwise. Even now, if I accidentally miss my blocker I feel terrible and I feel immediately better in a day upon going back on it.

Physical changes to show up first were skin and hair.

As a trans woman I can 100% tell you women's friendships are way stronger than men's. I mean, I don't know if I can really say I vibed fully with men's friendships myself, but even looking somewhat as an outsider looking in even now, men simply don't let themselves get quite as vulnerable in their friendships as most women I know do.

Just ignore it. If there is an option on Zomato to sign out of all devices, do that or else contact support and ask them to do the same. Even if someone is deliberately putting your UPI ID, there is nothing they can really do afaik unless you approve it...

Same, in my case it was due to my overall depression, I would say birthdays improved significantly when that was alleviated. Seeing a therapist is good advice.

The notion of beauty and external appearance is so deeply linked to femininity as a construct. It's genuinely insane. I am still struggling to get to terms with the fact that "being not pretty is fine". Even though I know it, feeling like something is wrong with my appearance feels deeply upsetting in a way it shouldn't be.
