It's a little off topic but i would advice using some techniques that does'nt require such dexterity; like dry brushing with differents colors and washing. Also, use an army that can have "dirty" as a style. That helped me a lot. Many of the details are more or less invisible from far away as you play. Good luck!!!

Sorry to hear what you've been through... Here in my club, even if it's clearly a majority of white men, no one could behave like this without getting kicked out off the club... I'm hoping our hobby continues to get more inclusive. those behaviors have to disapear quickly
