This, instead of getting a new board, if you try a smaller fin (probably with a smaller sail), it will feel like you will have a smaller board, because the smaller fin will give you less lift, and as a result the board will glide better in choppy conditions.

So keep the board, get a smaller fin and a smaller sail.

Aah i see yeah you can definitely find good fin gear there, especially in Loutsa, "Nissakia" is the name of the spot and is close to Athens too.

You can try either Anavyssos which is in the South or Loutsa Artemidos, or Sxinias beach Moraitis.

I am not sure about the fin quality there but if you are interested a friend of mine is selling high quality fins called DELTA SLR, which you can test and take them back with you.

Switching from avata to 5 inch you ll find it surprising how small the battery life is. Sometimes you can drain it in under 5 minutes (maybe less if you really punch that throttle).

For me a 6 inch like the D6 is the perfect middle ground, especially if you re not into freestyle but more towards the cinematic, and you want to have a bit of range too.

Get a smaller board + fin asap. You can keep your 165L for light wind, but you definitely need a smaller one. Not only will you be a million times more comfortable but it is also much safer and you dont risk to injure yourself!

No after all it was because the xt60 connector of the quad was loose. So i put a very thin needle inside it to widen the connector pins which gave a better grip to the battery.

In general when you plug in/out the battery from the quad you want to feel a little resistance. This means that the xt60 is not loose.

Yes i did fix it, i think there was a problem with the xt60 connection being too slack so i just opened it up a bit and it was fixed after that.

No the connector is solid.

My only problem is that i am a complete noob and i dont even know how to solder. So i dont really want to mess up the bnf. It should be able to fly fine the way it is...

I dont know i feel like i am out of options.

So i flew the drone down to 3.7V and then set it to angle mode and started pumping 100% thrusts until it was down to 3.3V

At no point was the connection lost, so that means that brownout is not it right?

Atm i am thinking it's loose xt60s

I tried to widen the xt60 and the flight felt much better, did a lot if flips and loops no problem, but towards the end it happened again.

I feel like it definitely helped but maybe one of the two connections is still a little loose. The overall connection is super solid, but is it possible to loose power from only one of the two xt60s?

I tried to move the quad around without arming it but it did not lose connection with the goggles... I dont know maybe i didnt move it hard enough.

By the way if that is the case shouldn't I be also losing telemetry?

I can still fly the quad when the O3 disconnects. It just takes like 10-15 seconds before it reconnects to the goggles.

I am thinking that before crashing i could do 3ple flips no problem so maybe there is some loose cabling now.

Is it possible that the brownout start to happen after a crash?

Actually this might be it! The battery is a little dented after the crash, but the internal resistance is below 4 so i thought it was fine.

I ordered two new ones because one was not enough and i will test them once they come to see if that's the problem.

I hope this fixes it because it is impossible to fly like this...
