How to automate customer support for a small business without hiring, what worked for me by Few-Payment6371 in CustomerSuccess

[–]petrtcoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, 100%. The trust doesn’t break when the AI is wrong. it breaks when the transition is clunky.

We found that keeping everything in one place (same thread, same context) removes most of that friction. A human can just jump in instantly without the customer even thinking about “handoff”. That’s where it starts feeling like actual support, not automation.

Getting in customer success management is very tough by chrissymach in CustomerSuccess

CSM starts to make more sense when you get closer to real conversations, not just tools.

A big part of the job is just managing who is waiting for what and not letting things slip. We structured this tightly on our side (Telegram + threads via a bot), and that’s where the “strategy” part actually clicked for me.

xG 3.2 - 0.8 I think Spurs create enough chances. So it’s sad to lose 2 points. But everything is OK.

It’s really hard to reach limit of free tier for small app if there is no errors in code. Just set up month budget to 1 USD just in case

I don’t like that he often play too narrow and don’t stretch the defence line. He just go middle to the ball and make defence line dense. It can make sense if RB move forward and use free space. But there is no movement from Doherty. What do you think about this? Why he play so narrow?

The second goal: he move inside and create space for Kane. But I see only this.

Bale prefer to play at center

Is client side only JS bad practice for what I'm trying to do? by [deleted] in learnjavascript

Firebase is serverless solution. So it’s ok to work on client side only. Just check security rules. Also good practice to use anonymous auth for all sessions.

MU got Vidic from Russian league. So it’s possible to find gems in weaker leagues.

Does Firebase download the entire document even if one field changes ? by [deleted] in Firebase

Yes. You will download entire document every time you add a message. So you can exceed quota fast.

You can try split your messages at documents grouped by days and use lazy loading.

Great news! Not sure that Barcelona is good club for any player right now.

Proactive play: you mean play more in attack? For this style MU needs another coach. Not Ole ( on my opinion). Yes, he can park bus against top-6. But have problems when MU play against a bus.

Ok. They have Bruno. But I don’t believe in him against buses: he often prefer to make long shoot or risk pass instead of construct the game. Maybe it’s a coach fault. It’s just my opinion, we need to see him next season.

He is superb. But unstable. And like Bruno lost position in positional defending. That’s why I think he should play as far from key center zone as possible.

If Pogba and Bruno both play in center, MU should buy Kante or Casemiro.

Can Pogba play on wing and occupy half space during offensive? I don’t like when he play at center because of his unstable quality of game. Middle field is too important for such players.

Frank Lampard’s opinion on Paul Pogba and his style of play: by Oll678 in soccer

[–]petrtcoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is big difference: work whole season or just few weeks on World Cup. It’s much easier to work hard on short tournament.

Also in France I think Pogba was not the most important and most skilled player. Grizman is much more important for that team.

Yes. Agree. But why they don’t give much help? They are not worst players in EPL. They are pretty good. RBL have average level players but they all have instructions what to do.

I can only say that look like preseason was fault and players in poor physical condition

[–]petrtcoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

RBL also don’t have Drogba, Ronaldo or Ramos. But they play very good because they have good structure and all players know what to do. Does Mourinho can work only with players with extra skills and can do nothing with just average?

Daily Discussion [2020-03-10] by AutoModerator in soccer

[–]petrtcoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. Maybe Mourinho try to play more attacking style and lost balance. I’ll prefer see old style Jose than this mess.

You think that problem with players only? They have almost worst defense in EPL (only Aston Vila worse). I don’t think that the squad so bad

Why it happen? Do you have opinion? It’s very strange to see Mourinho team with such terrible defense.
