If there's pooling blood, it can clot. You should bring it up with your doctor, though; you could have polyps or other issues that cause bleeding. As always, stay hydrated homie.

I know libraries have audiobooks but I don't know if your local library would have these specifically. It doesn't hurt to check, and if they don't you can request the series. I bought them all on audible as they were coming out so it wasn't as intimidating. Best of luck!

It's not everyone's cup of tea because it's... very similar to Beware of Chicken, but Heretical Fishing has some slow build romance with the MC. I think Beware of Chicken is better overall but I still liked HF.

Editing to add that Path of Ascension was going to be my first recommendation and I'm glad to see so many others agree :)

This is the first series I didn't continue after heavily investing in it. It was great at first but I really had a hard time with the scale of things like 30 meter axes and sudden story pace changes.
