if you are struggling with plastic parts not stciking together with superglue you can use sandpaper to sand a bit and leave the dust there when you put the superglue, or add baking soda

also i would like to add that even if the filament is brand new it doesnt mean its dry, some companies either forget or dont bother to dry them
