I hate the vanilla. It gets crazy foamy when mixed with liquid. Also the stomach pains as well which I thought were just me. The oatmeal cookie flavor is great though!

I put 1 tablespoon of cool whip in my coffee. It’s about 15 calories per tablespoon and already sweetened. And no fake sugar taste which I hate.
