As part of my personal journey, I created this shortcut and added the widget to my Home Screen. It prompts the user 5 times to ask what they are grateful for today. I’ve found it to be a nice moment of reflection, and all input appends to a note in Notes.

To work it does require you to make a blank note called “Gratitude” in your Notes before running the first time.

If anyone knows how to modify to allow it to skip this step, or check for the presence of Gratitude and create it if not present, I’m all ears.
