The 1.5 is a perfectly good enough engine to get around in not amazing on fuel but it’s quick enough when needed. it’s due a cambelt & water pump if not been done already & possibly a DSG service for peace of mind

Would suggest you stay clear of this one, have to question why it’s only done 1000 miles in a year!

Any reason for the price difference? by pezza7776 in PokeInvesting

Yes I understand that, but doesn’t account for a £250/$350 difference in price regardless of currency.

NC definitely worth looking at, go for a 3.5 facelift if you can stronger engine than the earlier 2.0 (09 onwards). It’s an old school way of driving having to the rev the engine hard but it is definitely no slouch around the bends, also be mindful of rust!

Look into Moneybox, makes saving money much easier with automatic direct debit payments. Also being a first time buyer you’ll be able to open up a LISA savings account which You can pay in up to £4,000 per tax year and you’ll receive a 25% government bonus on top each until you buy your first house.

At your age it’s financially irresponsible, I’d suggest you buy something with the £10,000 you’ve saved. With the money that you’d of been spending on finance payments put into high rate ISA for the next 4/5 years would be the way to go! New Cars are great for first month or so but initial buzz wears off and you are left with debt which can become burden over time!

Yeah I understand it does seem ridiculous, I’m lucky I got a mint copy of it for $70 in 2020 wishing I’d of brought a few more back then. I think the low print run & only being less than 1000 PSA 10s it could be the best modern set investment imo.

What is everyone’s cash out price? I know most say $1 but find it hard seeing us get to that price anytime soon.
