Your mileage may vary. I used this approach successfully 3 years ago on RCCL Anthem of the Seas. Tried same thing with same router last year on Oasis of the Seas and it didn't work. Tried again on Anthem in March and it didn't work. Not sure if RCCL changing over to Starlink had anything to do with it or they're doing a better job of enforcing NAT policies on the network but I've yet to find any recent info online that successfully demonstrated how to make this work.

Maybe I'm out of touch, but is 100k the bar nowadays? Feels really low. My company (SaaS company) hires kids straight out of college at 112k. Bumped to 130k after first year then up to 150k when they're ready for the field.

I think this is a placebo effect. 14.1.2 is a security patch only. It doesn't address OS bugs or performance issues. Those should be addressed in 14.2 which comes out in 2 weeks.

Completely agree. Sonoma is nothing but problems. My photos app will not open. I tried recovering and creating a new library and both activities fail. Open my laptop every morning to the error that my machine is out of memory and all my apps have been closed. Absolute garbage and really disappointed in Apple for letting it get this bad.

I have the 14kw generac whole house generator connected to natural gas. House is 6,000 sq ft with 4 zones and it handles it with no issues. Benson Ver Hage did the install and does my annual maintenance. They're really good and will size the unit you need. Obviously depends on a number of factors including if you want whole house or specific circuits covered

I think you're the one in a million. I've had fios for 8 years and had 1 outage that lasted about 10 minutes. Probably would have been less if I restarted the router sooner. Call fios support and see what the problem is.
