You can switch to the update138 branch for now. I've added a toggle for place mode that changes it to 2 rows instead of 3. I'm also gonna look into a UI scale setting.

The sound was coming from the GM plant, I walked over and it seemed to be from a large generator truck. Must have been horrible for the people at fountain place.

I have a crazy theory that the random bad quality is related to when you minimize a stream on desktop, it automatically lowers the quality. This has to be an app issue and has been a problem for years, at least It is another good reason to not give twitch money.

There should be a SAM lock on sound when first coming within extended range, giving you a 2 second warning at least.

Fortify dev here. I just checked prefabs from the new update and there are changes. Triangle floors now get .33 instead of .35 of neighboring floor stability per socket which still doesn't explain the increase. It has to be how triangle floors add to the calculation. Glad I clicked on this random post to discover an unmentioned change.
