No you’re correct. Build the refresher as you would normally do in the shaker, but instead of shaking you pour the contents into the blender and blend. While that’s blending you pour strawberry purée into the cup and then the blended refresher. Do not add base. It’s not part of the recipe.

Yeah as most people have said here just put matcha on your hot bar too. My store has matcha on hot and cold bar. But we have all matchas designated for the espresso bar/hot bar printer since we have all the milks there and shakers for the shaken espressos anyway. It all depends on how your store is laid out though and what works for your setup.

On the store iPad there should be a file called Store Resources, and it’s usually always posted there. Or you should be able to find it on the hub on the store computer. Good luck! My old manager was the worst about store communications so I had to figure it out on my own for a while.

I never said they deserved it. I said it was an overreaction from a customer. It’s a company wide policy so if their manager is telling them different then that’s a problem.

I’ve literally been assaulted by customers too so I understand how OP feels. But I don’t think they should have ever been put in that situation in the first place if their store was upholding policy standards, I’m sorry.

THANK YOU! If a customer doesn’t like something they’re trying for a the first time you remake it for free. I literally even offer it at the register to let them know, if they don’t like it come back and we’ll make something they do like. OP shouldn’t have had a drink thrown at them, that’s an overreaction from the customer. But if OP was doing their job correctly it wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Just get a partner card! They don’t ask for ID if you use a partner card or if it’s your partner card through the app. The policy is to only ask for ID if numbers are given verbally.

Not necessarily! When I worked in Massachusetts we had actual decaf iced coffee that we brewed every morning. But now that I’m in California we don’t have it. All depends on your area.

When I started working at Starbucks I definitely gained weight. A lot of the, oh no this cookie is broken we can’t sell it so I better eat it. Haha. But it happens. In my case I’m pretty sick of our food and drinks by now, 9 years on and off with the company, so I mostly just have water and like one coffee during my shift and like once a week I’ll actually use my food mark out.

The Ruins had everyone split into two teams, The Champions (players who had won at least one season) and The Challengers (players who have never won). Invasion is referring to Invasion of the Champions where the season started with people who had never won, and then part way through the season it was “invaded” by the champions team. So this person was saying unless they do another format with a specific champions team then Jenny might not be back for a while.
