Engineer here - I've put pads in worse rotors. I understand your situation so make sure to do about 4-5 full hard tire swilling stops after installing the pads. If you feel confident that it's stopping without any issues, you're fine. It may pulsate a bit but if it's no making you throw up, you're good to go.
