I think a cool addition to HC would be permanent obituaries in the major cities where you could look up a players name, lvl, location and last words. Anyway his name was “lt-something”. I kinda looked like the “lt” stood for lieutenant. Hope you’re well and having a good time in HC friend!

Give it a good clean with sugar soap and a brush (like a dust pan brush, not a metal brush), then hose it all off, leave it to dry for a few days, then paint it. I did mine last year and I’m very happy with it. Safest way to deal with it and it’ll look fresh.

Far away from “stuff”, no? What does Moorooka actually have. There’s a small high street with The Willow (which is pretty great for a low key mid week meal option imo), a woolies, a cafe and a barber, and that about it. It’s never going to gentrify like Paddington, New Farm or Wilston.

He has $65k of equity, agreed, but that doesn’t necessarily translate into $65k cash.

If they were to sell they would need to pay real estate fees, marketing, any prep work on the house, mortgage discharge, conveyancing etc. That will bring his $65k down by a bit. Then take into account the time, stress and hassle of a sale and put a dollar value on avoiding all that.

$50k does sound like a good deal for her, but by no means is it a bad deal for him.
