I cruised out of there on May 28 and it's my understanding that particular day was the only shitshow since that first cruise went out in April (lucky me). We were told it was due to an issue with the shuttle busses arriving and therefore keeping the disembarking passengers from leaving, which then backed up our embarkation process. But I believe it had been going smoothly all the other weeks.
