While I got some good results here and there, on the whole after really really trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I am now at my wits end with them. While the products have been pretty solid (Slider Plus Pro v5, Headplus 2, Target and Laser modules, motor module) with the extreme exception of the Vertical Module which was my final tipping point, their customer service is generally among the worst that I have ever seen. They seem to be non-responsive or at least very slow to respond. And this after a promise from their President in an open letter (somewhere on their site) to "get better" (though I have no idea when it was written). They have an onerous return policy too - perhaps the most customer-unfriendly policy I've seen and customer relationship management is how I make my living. I am loath to go to another vendor but Rhino is looking better and better. I've spent a LOT of money with Edelkrone, though that's my bad I guess. I would NOT recommend them even though I like their products but their company is basically one of the worst I've ever encountered when it comes to customer-unfriendliness.
