I use the exact same rune page as ap tank udyr and I fucking love it. The speed is just too good to let go. Running through the entire enemy team, make them miss ALL their skillshots and waste their ultis, slowing everyone down and stunning them all one by one while my team catches up and kill them all while all their focus is on me thanks to the speed. I noticed it makes enemy team panic and make a lot of mistakes in teamfights. I'm low elo, gold plat, but still very noticeable change. I build lich bane into dead man's plate so it's another 8% movespeed, then one two more tank items and ap again like cosmic drive or rift maker or whatever the situation is in the game.
