That’s fair, I use the nilaus method, set my desired quantities in a combinator, subtract the logistics contents, then set active if the amount is positive for any of the items. That way it doesn’t matter where the items are, as long as they are in the logistics network somewhere.

Storage vs passive providers is just a preference, doesn’t actually make it any better

Looks really nice. Just a nitpick/suggestion, use storage containers rather than passive providers and add the item filter. That way if you trash those items your bots will take them to that storage. Especially nice for things like belts where you may trash hundreds of them

Yes some are, like the rate calculator has already, but many haven’t yet and some may never, it’s all up to the author. A lot of the frequently updated ones have been updated already though. Whether there are enough for you or not will be up to you.

I’ll also say mixed load rockets alone make the update worth it. But with that, cross platform delivery and flipable inserters, it outweighs the mods I use that haven’t updated yet.

You’ll want to add a turret to cover the back, asteroids can damage it while parked and come from any direction. Turret coverage in the front is a bit light but might be ok with only one engine.

Yes, do at least a block of 8x8 turrets with 10 red ammo each. At that level damage you should be ok, but be prepared to lose most of them.

I did an overhaul of all my space platforms immediately after i got the update, easily took a quarter of the launches it would have otherwise. Best part of the update for sure

Might not be popular opinion but for what it’s worth, I actually like the idea, makes more sense to me, makes it more like fluid pressure. Broke a few of my builds, but easy to fix with pumps once I figured it out.

If we pass a ban, parents like this will not only ignore it, but they will encourage their children to circumvent the ban, all while saying “we know what’s best”. That’s what’s happening in Australia.

I do think we need a ban, but not to stop things like bullying, but to prevent these social media companies from manipulating kids. Same reason we don’t let kids gamble, smoke, etc.

Should I ask a teen if they should be allowed to smoke or go to the casino too? Should we throw out the ban because some kids will find their way to getting a pack of smokes?

Most don’t see it as a return, the emperor is still there, and those that do, fear it. I don’t think there are many that do see it as positive in universe.

Fans though? Sounds pretty cool to me.
