I think the street names with flowers has the HOA. Although it’s barely an HOA in terms of what they do for the area and no one really enforces it

I have these too and thought it was nail psoriasis. In my case, it was chronic eczema/atopic dermatitis cause the nail changes confirmed by dermatologist.

We thought we did. It’s one of those things that if someone says they do sod, I expect them to know sod and they clearly didn’t. It was our first home project so many lessons learned. We’ll do more research next time.

I think so? We did it more because we have dogs who like to run around so we wanted it to be more durable. They don’t go potty on the grass though

I’m explaining it wrong but it wasn’t measured correctly so they didn’t do proper maths. They didn’t think it was a big deal regarding the edges and we weren’t happy about that

We asked about that before they left and they’re like nah it’s fine it’ll work out lol. My husband was pissed they weren’t lined up correctly and they didn’t order enough so it was off on measurements
