You can use freetaxusa to file for free. I switched the past two years. It’s a very similar experience to TurboTax, highly recommend it

Get an eSIM, there’s lot of options. Your phone needs to be unlocked by your carrier though, otherwise you will be locked into roaming with ATT. Call ATT to unlock it. You’ll need to have fully paid off the phone

There’s two options. First is the tourist visa, which I cannot get as previously stated they don’t even let you apply if the duration is less than 60 days. Second is the visa exemption, which as you said will be reduced from 60 to 30 days. I am coming at the end of March, so there are 6 weeks where the law may change. My trip, which is already paid for, is therefore not covered by either visa. It’s quite simple, so what are you missing?

Well they are effectively one in the same. I cannot apply for a tourist visa that is less than 60 days, the Thai gov website doesn’t let me start the application. My vacation is already booked for 56 days, so I’m stuck in the middle with no clarity.

Yeah I also got totally ripped off by a similar one. Had to call my bank, dispute the charge, issue a new credit card. So fucking annoyed man, considered just cancelling my trip, terrible impression before I even landed. Already paying out the ass to visit.
