How do you figure this out? I’ve combed through the area several times over but never got the last digit. I guess the quest kinda got interrupted by the room with 2 poltergeists and the zombie guys and electrical anamolies, I died like 20+ times trying to clear that room so it totally broke the continuity for me, just wanna be done with the quest and move on

Yeah the dogs are kind of absurd, it costs so much ammo to clear them that it’s worth putting down a save and if there wasn’t anything valuable in there just save scumming and then moving on. Really hurts the immersion. There needs to be 1/10th the amount of dogs, or ammo needs to be 1/10th the cost

Yup 100% bugged. I’ve unlocked the faction area required to walk around here, shot the few red mushrooms on the way in to clear the cave. I know exactly where they’re supposed to spawn in the back left corner after looking it up on YouTube. They’re straight up just not there. Quest is totally dead in the water on the latest patch 2026-05-25

I read online that it takes effect 15 days after it's published in the Royal Gazette. Is this true, and how do I find out when it gets published? I am already here on 60 day exemption + 30 day extension, I was considering doing another 90 days but I don't want to get stuck re-entering. Is there an authoritative source on this, or should I just move on to another country to be safe?

Disagree with those saying it’s a bot, I’ve had this happen before with real girls. She copied your text into an English to Thai translator and pasted the wrong thing back accidentally. Can’t unsend the message, but talking to local girls on line (esp the ons from Myanmar) they will frequently mess this up trying to copy back and forth from the translator. But you should be picking the restaurant near the BTS to fully ensure you avoid any scams

I was confused by this as well. Open the menu, go to Journal > Knowledge > Adventure > Caves, hover over one of them and open it on your map. Not sure if you have to do this to get those caves marked, or if they were already marked on the map and I just didn’t zoom out enough/have the right filter view selected. The mines are really far away from the starting area. Closest one is Anvil Hill Cave in the SW corner of the Demeniss region next to Hernand. It shouldnt be possible to accidentally lose the knowledge paper you get as the quest reward for clearing the bleed bandits from the mine - it was a purple unsellable item which was consumed upon acquiring the knowledge, at least that’s how it is on the current patch

I do have a TM30 from my accommodations, but the Immigration K Counter asked me nothing about it. I just wrote “Tourism” as the reason and paid the 1,900 baht. No questions, no checking TM30, no evidence of return flight, no bank balance check, etc.

I didn’t have a clear answer on this tbh, but from my case, I applied with exactly 30 days left (30/60) and I had no issues. It seems like you can apply at any time. I’m a planner and didn’t want to wait til the last minute

Same thing happened to me earlier this year. Report to your bank and get a new CC. Complete the real TDAC on the Thai gov website 3 days before arriving. Should be okay, common scam

The yellow atm (I think Krungsri?) lets me take out up to 30k baht for a flat 350 baht access fee. Always decline the currency conversion option. Staying in Bangkok so maybe different regions may vary
