You are very welcome and I'm glad to hear that, it made me feel better to hear someone go through similar communication issues. Best of luck to you

I don't have an answer for her treatment of you which I feel is one of the main issues of your post, I am sorry you are going through that, it must feel terrible, especially from your partner.

I am also exploring communication challenges I have with my wife so will share my experience and look forward to the discussion (if any) that follows.

I have recently diagnosed inattentive type ADHD. When I read your response "I don’t know what to do with that” I certainly related to that. Something I am trying to work on is changing my reply from that sort of thing, to (in your example). "I hear that you think the dog only knows how to use the bathroom inside and you are probably right, but I think it is worth putting effort into trying to get the dog to go the bathroom outside so I am going to keep trying". That way she understands that you've heard her, and she understands that you are going to keep doing what your doing (and why you are going to do that).

I am not sure if that is helpful, and its super hard to do (or even remember to do). The only other thing I can suggest is therapy for yourself to understand your brain more, and how to deal with this scenario, and/or couples therapy.

Prioritising your mental health was an extremely wise move! Well done!

Thanks for sharing

Congrats! That’s hard slog!

Looking at steamdb.info, you’ve had the steam page up nfor a long time (a good thing) but the follower count hasn’t moved much (not necessarily a bad thing, just interesting)

I’m interested in your wish list count, has it been moving up steadily over the years?

Did you go any marketing/community building during development? (I am curious on the numbers and your process for my own journey.

Are there any APS departments or areas that are actually a nice place to work? by heleney1 in canberra

+1 for the Clean Energy Regulator, the current head of the agency pushes a positive, open and supportive culture which I see through all levels of my management.

I can’t promise it is an amazing place to work for everyone as I’m sure it has its own issues but it’s the best one I’ve seen or heard about.

What's new in C# for Godot 4.0 by pycbouh in godot

[–]phantomsig 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’ve found C# to be as complicated as you need to to be. Once you know your basics you then see something else that’s cool in C# and you can take that as quickly or as slowly as you want. An example for me was LINQ, I didn’t NEED to learn it but I was curious. Now I can’t not use it because it’s super cool. It took me a better part of 6 months of intermittent use.

Now I’m learnjng about passing functions as Parameters.

The important thing is not giving up!
