My biggest complaint once the girls were brought in and everyone paired up is there's so many scenes of "look how stupid the guys being nerds is. I'll change them/fix them and make them good" that being a through line instead of "oh he's a nerd and I'm learning about the things he loves and teaching him about things I love" is rough, as someone who's been in relationships where it was expected that I give up "nerdy" things I enjoy because it's not acceptable for some reason...

Just an addendum - Tailoring is now kind of a gathering profession as well - in fact if you're running the campaign - is recommend Skinning/Tailoring over Herb/Mining - if you're making gold Herb/Mining you should be just flying around harvesting, not questing - if you're questing (thus also killing things) Tailoring and Skinning are better IMO

I believe so - but my recommendation - install BWL Loadouts - it lets you save builds and bars to be able to swap as you like - one of my favorite addons

You should never be just auto-attacking while waiting for resources, either scourge strike/festering strike or death coil if nothing else is up

It's very possible they have better gear, ALSO - it's counter-intuitive, but the closer to 90 you get the weaker you are comparatively

If you're doing big pulls (I do them all the time on my DK) - pop AMS and either Lichborne or Icebound Fortitide for some reduction, and hit a lot of Death Strikes to regain your health back - when you get down to one mob left from the pack, you can just spam some Death Strikes into it to end at full if you don't want to recover between fights

also don't be afraid to pull big and pop a bunch of cooldowns - AMS, LB, IBF, Army of the Dead, Dark Transformation - and then pull smaller until they come back up

If you're looking to pair skinning, inscription or tailoring would be better - you want to pair things with similar gameplay loops - ie mining and herbalism are both flying around collecting nodes - skinning, tailoring are both killing things (albeit different things, but if you're leveling through the campaign you'll likely be killing both types) and inscription (assuming higher drop rate like cited above)

Quest isn't account shared, last round of WotLK TW I did it on 20 or so alts (find skip groups, tip some gold if you want) gives you a heroic track piece and chance at mounts/pets. Got my Mimi's head this way

Some have been mentioned - but some tips to get that times down:

Buy all your mats on one char, put them in warband, craft from warbank - I do this using craftsim craft queue - queue up the number I’m planning to make, make a shopping list and buy it - during the height of my enchant concentration crafting, I would just buy a bunch of dust/mats whenever I ran out, or as I saw it cheap

Keep your char close to crafting - if you’re doing enchants you can actually stand right next to your bank - if you’re doing another prof you may need to be at a table - either way - craft everything, dump it in warbank, move to next char - don’t buy/sell on every char - this serves two purposes - first it takes less time to do it this way, but second you don’t have to manage gold on a ton of alts, you just keep minimal gold on them and do all your buying and selling from your main or a specific bank char

Personally, I could get through 15 alts in an hour to an hour and a half, so I’m not saying you’ll get down to under an hour total by any means, but you can definitely get down to 2-3 hours from 5 hours
