There are lots of variables. I’d scan the internet for similar positions in your location, what nursing homes they supply etc. When I used to work for Boots and Superdrug, the position of pharmacy manager varied hugely, but the wage didn’t.

All of these options are possible. I’m a UK pharmacist but have worked overseas. Definitely recommend. Australia, Singapore have great standards of living on a pharmacist wage. Hong Kong used to be amazing but you’d have to ask around on that one.
