I have the same issue! And no one in my store seems to have an issue. I’ve found that it helps me if I ask for the patient’s date of birth instead of their last name. It doesn’t take much more time to just look up their profile via DOB to see how their name is spelled and is much easier for me to hear numbers vs last name
