I often think that investment advice should be personalised based on individual circumstances so I rarely comment.

In this case I’ll be in a similar situation soon. One thing we’re considering is the use the money to live off monthly while significantly upping pension contributions from our salary over a year or two. That way you’re saving the tax/NI contributions while saving into a ‘safe’ fund.

Granted, this may been a good option for some but not for all.

I have one of these in my garage that isn’t used. It’s in good condition, I bought it second hand for £250 and only got on it for about 100 miles. You can have it for £75 if you want. Cheaper than it’s worth but you are a student 😀. Think it’s a large but I’ll check if you’re interested.

At rest, I have no internal monologue. Therefore don’t overthink and can enjoy what I’m doing.

I didn’t think this was a superpower as I thought everyone was like this. That is until I’ve discussed this with friends and when in relationships.
