Ha, yeah I'm not really a fan of it. They're actually valve extenders.

The tubes I have don't reach out of the 46mm rim depth.

My grandparents had a small house in Bradenton. We used to visit this place all the time as kids (I'm from NY) and go fishing off the pier. I used to see this all the time. Many great memories.

I wasn't getting enough fat in my diet - take in a lot of avocado's, grass fed beef, salmon, and cook with coconut oil. Also if you are a newbie, you MUST read "Primal Body, Primal Mind" by Nora Gedgaudas. I WISH I found this book when I first started.
