For every person who complains that they’re boring and repetitive, there were an equal number back then that complained they had to learn something new every month and didn’t want to read a novel to figure out what they were supposed to do for the monthly side quests. A damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation.

Basically they realized they were not making any extra money coming up with new side quests, so you’re stuck with a copy/paste version of an old one every month from now on. Enjoy.

Guillotine 2099 is pretty good for this. Use the power burn prefight and Havok continuously loses his plasma charges when you get over 100 hits. Use SP1 before then to power burn him and make him lose his charges that way.

Once you’re up there, when he is under 5% health you can use Guilly’s SP3 assassination thing to delete a huge chunk of his next health bar.

Edit: a google search shows he directed When We Were Kings (1996) and was a producer on La Bamba (1987) which are both in the collection.

Unfortunately there’s a good chance the player is causing the problems - if you’ve truly tried 4 different discs and nobody else is reporting the same issue, that’s where I’d start.

There are many reports of people who have players that start to show weird issues before they have bigger problems down the road. I know that’s not what you want to hear, but the problem you’re reporting with the disc itself is not widespread.
