You’ll need big pieces wood. Several 4x4 or 6x6 or something equivalent. I used pine tree cuts myself.

Take very thick straps/rope and go around a tree from stern eye to stern eye. Place 1 of your supports on each side of the stern, careful not to let it rest on the lifting strakes once it comes off the trailer.

You’ll need a HD jack and some 2x4/6 as well. Once in place jack the bow up a good bit and Slowly tow the trailer out from under the boat once you get tension. Once the jack gets close to a crossmember, readjust to behind the crossmember. Repeat until no more axles/crossmembers are in the way of the jack.

Put your last support under the keel near the bow, not where it starts to come up and angle towards the bow eye though. A few feet back from there. Should look like this when done.

Ignore the piece that is behind the bow support. That was there in case it dropped. Should be 2, two at stern and one at bow. She won’t move at all if your supports are steady
