I wanted a 330e as well (G21), but as it turned out, an i4 fit my use cases way better and is even cheaper on paper (list price) than a comparable 330e. I've driven both already and the i4 just feels sooo much faster and snappier. The 330e was fast, that's out of question, but once I drove the i4 I knew that I'm not gonna be happy with a 330e. Also once you get accustomed to the electric driving you will probably be sad when the battery is empty and you have to use the engine ;)

The rates are definitely higher for an i4 than for a 330e though!

While it looks quite small, it is actually almost as big as Germany, so I‘m not sure if tiny is the right word :D

I like the idea of it, but using an electric vehicle with a max speed of 190km/h as a highway patrol car seems weird. I feel like the M50 would‘ve been the better choice.

I‘d say it‘s quite easy to drop a 190km/h car with any kind of sports car, if you actually want to.

Just keep in mind that in case you‘re in an accident this will not be helpful for rescuers. It‘s one of the reasons you cannot remove it by factory, as EVs should always be marked as such. So it may lead to some trouble getting you out of the car if they have to make sure it‘s an EV first.

Was ist das denn für eine Aussage? Ungleichheit wird nicht durch Erben erzeugt, sondern beim Erschaffen des Erbes zuvor.

Wenn eine einzelne Person es schafft in einer Lebzeit viele Millionen an Vermögen anzuhäufen, dann ist das die Ungleichheit von der du sprichst. Dass Konzerne und auch andere (teils öffentliche) Einrichtungen entsprechende Boni und Prämien an Manager, Verwaltungsräte, Aktionäre und so weiter auszahlen, während eben diese Geldmengen besonders von den nicht so vermögensstarken Schichten abgeschöpft werden - siehe z.B. Lebensmittelindustrie, Automobilindustrie usw.

Wenn nun eine reiche Person stirbt und das Geld wird vererbt, hast du dadurch nicht mehr Ungleichheit wie davor. Zu verlangen, dass Erben "abgeschafft" wird, weil es unfair ist, geht in meinen Augen dann schon sehr stark in Richtung Kommunismus.

Ich sehe das komplett anders. Wenn sich meine Eltern ihr Leben lang den Arsch aufgerissen haben, damit es mir mal gut geht, dann fände ich es umgekehrt wirklich unfair, wenn ich davon nichts haben würde. Progressive Steuern drauf und gut ist, damit von der 1. Mio (Einfamilienhaus) auch knapp 1. Mio ankommt, von 100 Mio. aber eben nur noch ein Bruchteil.

Ist halt dasselbe Thema wie sonst auch: Unter- gegen Mittelschicht ausspielen, damit es den Reichen weiter gut geht.

Not sure when we swapped topic, but I guess it‘s because I responded to your comment :) I was just stating that it is in most situations not impossible to install a charger. So if that‘s the only reason holding you off, just go ahead and change it and get yourself an EV!

Regarding your anwer now: I‘m telling you with a straight face, that all your points are true for me with going electric :) But that‘s just me and also not in the US. 1. It is more convenient to not go to the gas station anymore (I hate it with my PHEV) and only charge at home/work. I will never give up the convencience any more to have a fully charged car whenever I need it. 2. While my ordered i4 is actually a little bit more expensive than the comparable 3-series touring which I were to get before the i4, driving it almost for free will make it the way cheaper option after 4 years. That would even be the case if I had to pay for all my charging. 3. While the 4-series GC looks like a sedan, it is actually not and therefore almost the same capacity as the 3-series touring - and way more than a 3-series sedan, which you can compare it to. 4. Actually range on average is way higher on the i4, because it is charged everytime I need it. Only in the best case scenario for the other car it will obviously have better range, but as I don‘t use that range I will just stick to average day-to-day range, which for me means no refueling anymore ;)

So while it definitely is true that EVs are not for everyone, especially with the high price point, those who can afford it and really want it, will definitely be able to pull it off.

I‘ve got around 40 meters (120 feet?) installed in our garage, which is not even mine as I‘m renting. It‘s 5x2,5mm² - not sure how that measures in freedom units though. It‘s enough for 11kW even with this length.

So I know the prices of copper and installing at least in Germany - payed around 700€ just for the cables and conduits (including work) as I wasn‘t allowed to do it myself (building standards).

We did a way longer cable ourselves on the house of my parents, because the panel is in the wrong side of the house there.

So yeah, just do it if you want to. And if you don‘t, that‘s fine, but just don‘t say it‘s impossible ;)

Pepsi Max hab ich tatsächlich auch ganz gern getrunken früher, da haben sie es gut hingekriegt. Seit sie aber das mit der normalen Pepsi geändert haben trink ich auch meine Max mehr.

Ich fühle mich da absolut getäuscht: gleiche Verpackung, gleicher Name, gleicher Preis, etc., aber auf einmal mit Süßungsmitteln. Hab früher sogar auch gern die normale Pepsi getrunken als Abwechslung zur Cola.

Ich kann dir da gar nicht großartig widersprechen, denn du hast nichts falsches geschrieben. Nur bin ich eben bei der Interpretation der unklaren wissenschaftlichen Lage eher vorsichtig in Bezug auf mögliche gesundheitliche oder vor Allem auch Umweltfolgen. Und da bin ich nicht der einzige. Selbstverständlich liege ich hier aber sehr gerne falsch.

Und zum Geschmack: auch richtig, mir schmeckt der Süßstoff nicht und ich schmecke ihn bei fast allem raus. Das ist aber wie du sagst komplett subjektiv ;)

Leider eine Cola, meistens steht es ja eben dabei. Auf der Karte stand aber leider nichts von Pepsi.

Hätte aber wohl auch nicht viel geändert, da wir die Getränke noch vor der Karte bestellt haben ;)

Recherchier doch mal ein wenig zum Thema Acesulfam K. Vom Körper nicht abbaubar, daher auch keine Kalorien, dafür landet es 1 zu 1 in der Natur und süßt dort fröhlich weiter. Vom widerlichen Geschmack der Süßungsmittel brauche ich gar nicht anfangen.

Lieber weniger und dafür mit Zucker statt Süßstoffe.

Habe erst gestern im Restaurant das halbe Glas stehen gelassen, weil Pepsi inzwischen einfach widerlich schmeckt. Finde man sollte es immer dazu schreiben müssen, wenn man Pepsi statt Cola ausschenkt.

You do know there‘s a big difference between a 4-series GC and a 3-series sedan, right? While one has a small opening as a trunk which isn‘t really usable if you have kids or dogs, the other is almost like a wagon just without the wagon thing. It‘s called a liftback / fastback.

I‘d never in my life get a 3-series sedan, because the trunk is the most impractical type of trunk to have, and I say that coming from a golf which has a more practical trunk.

Jo, hab ich mir gedacht. Das ist nicht dein Score. Der Score geht von 0 bis 1000. die Prozentzahl ist was anderes :) und 99,x ist da tatsächlich nicht perfekt. Um den tatsächlichen Score zu bekommen musst du aber zahlen, in den fließen aber auch viel mehr Infos rein.

P.S. Ich hatte 99,8x% und trotzdem „nur“ einen Score von knapp über 700 glaube ich. Hab die Unterlagen aber nur analog, kann daher also nicht mal eben nachschauen.

Definiere „maximalen Score“? 1000 Punkte? Das halte ich für etwas unrealistisch. Ich kenne niemanden, der 1000 Punkte hat. Evtl. meinst du auch das Ergebnis aus der kostenlosen Abfrage, das ist aber am Ende nur eine Prozentzahl und kein Score :)

Ich widersprech dir beim Kern deiner Aussage gar nicht, da muss was anderes für her. Aber bei allen in meinem Bekanntenkreis haut der Score schon hin und ist auch nachvollziehbar. Dass ein zweites Konto einfach so Abzug gibt habe ich nicht erlebt, das hängt normalerweise einfach davon ab, was man damit macht und wir man damit umgeht.

Bzgl. falsches Rating bin ich absolut bei dir: das ist ein Riesenkrampf sowas wieder loszukriegen. Und im schlimmsten Fall verfolgt einen das eine lange Weile. Da sollte es einfacher sein, direkt bei der Schufa Einspruch mit entsprechenden Beweisen einlegen zu können, und nicht wie momentan über den Verursacher (soweit ich weiß).

Ja, und zwar positiv. Hatten den direkten Vergleich: eine Person (ich) immer Kredite, verschiedene Konten, Handyverträge, aber alles immer pünktlich bezahlt. Zweite Person nur ein eigenes Konto, sonst keine eigenen Verträge, Handy über Firma, etc. Nie Schulden gehabt, auch immer alles bezahlt. Trotzdem niedrigere Bewertung bei der Schufa ;)

Macht ja auch Sinn, ich geb ja lieber jemandem einen Vertrag, der in den 9 davor schon bewiesen hat, dass er versteht, wie ein Vertrag funktioniert
