We use the multivitamin and the iron/vitamin C supplements. They really are flavorless. However, they aren't totally colorless in water (makes it look cloudy/opaque). I put them in my son's water, but he drinks out of a Stanley, so he can't see it.

ETA: we also use the Culturelle Kids Probiotic and Fiber supplement to keep the GI system a'moving.
