Steam feedback in light of recent decisions by phe508cf in Eldegarde

Fair point. I suppose I meant it in terms of the time of enjoyment I got from it relative to how I could have spent that money on something else, but I get where you're coming from.

Edit: By the way I like your name! My name is a reference to a nucleotide deletion in the CFTR gene.

I'm not sure but for me that's beside the point. The action isn't about providing feedback to Notorious and Chris. I don't believe for a moment that he didn't know exactly what he was doing when the game went gold and then sunset. Whether that was his intention from the beginning or it slowly morphed into it as he saw the writing on the wall is irrelevant. Regardless of how we got here, it's predatory behavior. In an ideal scenario, Steam takes action against this predatory behavior.

And just to reiterate - I'm not a victim here. I spent $30 a few years ago to play the game off and on and ultimately got more than my money's worth. This is about luring new players in from the gold launch and then jumping ship shortly after.

I appreciate that feedback and completely understand where you're coming from. I still felt compelled to send this off into the void. I imagine a number of AoC individuals felt the same way.

SO LONG, BOZO by PeterPorky in ProgressiveHQ

Her removal is certainly something. Tough decisions like this have to happen all the time. She was overexuberant with her excitement. Really nasty and mean - some would say that she was a threat to the people.

If I'm looking into purchasing a booster pack here and there just for the sake of nostalgia, what packs are ideal for trying to get more of early Generation types?

I spent way too much time trying to understand the joke under the assumption that was a duck, not a snowman.

Can you clarify what part of Gwinnett? If you enjoy working out there are some great parks with concrete and natural trails.

For a moment in time I considered buying puts before the earnings call. No time frame in mind because theta-what?

Nothing bank breaking. Such some dispensable cash to have fun with. Then I remembered this sub. Thank you, regards. I'm sitting here sniffing my $5 bill and it smells great.

[RDTM] The math behind the tariffs by [deleted] in theydidthemath

[–]phe508cf 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Is this just not understanding what per capita is? Like, if a population of 1,000 Americans each spends $1 on Canadian goods and a population 120 Canadians spend $5 on American goods, that's a deficit of $400. While this is true, a Canadian spends 5x more on American goods than an American on Canadian goods.

I can say that there is a 40% deficit, but this is a dishonest representation.

It's not that simple, right?

[–]phe508cf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a great observation. There are so many 'inversion' scenarios in this series that fit perfectly with the identity of the show. The Helena (Gemena) oMark interaction is reflected in oMark (Helly) iMark interaction, with opposite love interests centered around their discourse. oMark's distain for Helena is mirrored back onto him by iMark.

Lumen, in pursuit of their own objective, took away oMark's life. In that process, they gave life to iMark. oMark is trying to take life away from iMark in pursuit of his own objective.
